sessions. we recommend you start your Pilates training with one
of our qualified instructors who will evaluate your physical condition
and develop a personalized training program according the Ann McMillan
Pilates method. People suffering from muscular-skeletal probles
(e.g.: osteoporosis, acute herniated discs, etc.) will benefit most
from private sessions with an instructor. Please, always ask your
doctor before undertaking a new training program.
